The resorts also offer larger event spaces with large sliding doors and terraces surrounded by greenery and nature. The perfect event location to celebrate a company party, organize team building events or hold presentations, workshops and mini-fairs!
Let guests stay overnight
Want to let your guests escape completely? Extend your event and offer an overnight stay in a luxurious Tiny House! At Basecamp, it is possible to rent the entire resort. This gives you complete privacy and results in an unforgettable experience.
Meetup & nature
Start the day with a barefoot walk through the gardens of West before a half-day meeting at The Vuurplaats. After the meeting, we will serve a delicious lunch in our restaurant. Following lunch, we will head back into nature for a Wildpicking experience, where you will learn all about the hidden herbs, flowers, plants, and berries in the area. Finish the day with a drink at the bar and a BBQ in the lush gardens of Basecamp.

Meetup & relax
Start the day with a sound bowl session to relax, then begin the meeting in the Vuurplaats feeling completely calm. After the meeting, we will serve a delicious lunch in our restaurant. Following lunch, we return to The Vuurplaats for a guided movement session, where you will get to know your body better and challenge yourself to feel more. End the day with a farewell drink at the bar and enjoy a lovely buffet in The Botanic.

Start the day with a half-day meeting in The Boardroom, enjoy a great lunch, and make your own Outdoor Office. Learn how to work outside more during a typical day; not as an interruption but as a way to focus, reflect, and refresh. Are you booking one or more rooms available on our website? The displayed amount per person includes a meeting package! Basecamp ensures everything is arranged, so you don’t have to worry about anything during the meeting.

The VUURPLAATS

De Vuurplaats owes its name to the two fireplaces and chimneys that make this pavilion a landmark. With 115 square meters of flexible space, De Vuurplaats is ideal for meetings, workshops or presentations. Offering a bright, open setting with glass walls, the Fire Pit is an inviting and versatile space that can be customized to suit your needs.

THE BOARDROOM
Starting at €32 per person for half a day.
The Boardroom overlooks the resort and is ideal for meetings with up to 16 participants. A perfect thinking space for small groups looking for an intimate meeting space with a creative atmosphere and a view of Basecamp Amsterdam and the gardens of Amsterdam west. The Boardroom is equipped with a coffee station, monitor and all presentation materials. There is a large table, which cannot be moved.

The Games Room accommodates up to 12 people and is a place where creativity meets collaboration in a space designed to inspire and energize. Large windows offer a beautiful view of the gardens, creating a calming backdrop, while the terrace provides an inviting outdoor space to step outside for fresh air and a change of scenery. With a playful yet professional atmosphere, The Games Room is built for productivity with a twist – where fun and function go hand in hand.

The Botanic
Natural light flows into The Botanic (restaurant) and lobby, with elegant views through glass walls of our lake and gardens. The wooden and marble interiors are classic and modern with warm, raw tones that suggest comfort and style. The Botanic (167m2) and Lobby (123m2) both open onto a terrace overlooking our pond and gardens.
Customized catering
Are you organizing a large-scale event or a wedding and renting multiple spaces? Basecamp has a large network of partners who love healthy and sustainable food just as much as we do, and are happy to think along with you about the perfect content for your event. From a few snacks and drinks in our bar, The Lobby, to real eye catchers such as a Streetfood market, Open fire BBQ or set tables with table service.
The Lobby
The lobby is centrally located on the property. The perfect meeting point where people can connect, unwind and enjoy the view. A well-lit space with a fireplace, custom interiors and an elegant bar. The perfect setting for welcome drinks, musical gatherings and more.
The Gardens
Fields full of green and refreshing open-air spaces. Our gardens include a vegetable garden, playground, event field, arena, BBQ field, and meditation circle. A perfect location for business breakouts, large gatherings, sports activities or just a space to relax.
The Terrace
Soak up the sun on our expansive terrace. Enjoy the sounds of nature, seasonal food and drink and views of the resort. Truly unique and a beautiful setting for events.
Tiny houses
Our cabins and suites are spread across the site and divided into 3 areas: the Field, the Boardwalk and the Village. An overnight stay is therefore possible for multi-day events. The tiny houses or suites can also be used as break-out areas.

Basecamp Amsterdam is uniquely located, right on the gardens of Amsterdam West but within cycling distance of the city centre. There is a good connection by car from Schiphol Airport and surrounding cities. If you are travelling by public transport, you can reach us from Amsterdam Central Station with Bus 21 to Geuzenveld, and get off at J.M. den Uylenstraat. From the stop it is a 10-15 minute walk.
