TIPS ON WHAT TO DO
Our campsite overlooks Cala Sapone, one of the island’s most beautiful bays.
The sea here is crystal clear, with shades of blue everywhere. And since it’s an island, there’s always a sheltered beach to be found, even on windy days.
In the north, Calasetta offers long sandy beaches. Nearby, take a short ferry to San Pietro Island or explore the rocky islets of Vacca, Vitello, and Toro.
Looking further, don’t miss the dunes of Porto Pino, the Gulf of Gonnesa, the sea stack Pan di Zucchero, Porto Flavia, and the charming port of Buggerru — perfect for discovering caves and old mines.
