FEEL THE VIBRANT HISTORY

Good to know

Pula sits on the southern coast of Sardinia — close enough to Cagliari for convenience, far enough from everything else to feel real. Crystal-clear waters, long, quiet beaches, and a town square where time still moves at a human pace.

Just beyond our pine forest, the ancient ruins of Nora emerge from the headland — the first Phoenician settlement in Sardinia, where Roman mosaics and stone temples still face the sea. Three thousand years of history, without a fence in the way.

Around here, the land is alive: olive groves, vineyards, artisan workshops, and fishing boats that have worked the same coves for generations. Basecamping Pula sits exactly at the edge of this world — under the trees, above the beach, inside the story.

History

A unique place where you can breathe the magic of history: from Nuraghic culture, the Phoenicians and the Romans, each has left its legacy in the monuments, traditions and cuisine.

The island has been inhabited since prehistoric times and Sant ‘Antioco has played an important role in the trade routes of the Phoenicians. The viaducts and temples were built by the Romans after they occupied the island in 238 BC.

You will be immersed in a wonder of a wild, varied and surprising nature, in the hot southern sun.

Every season has its own haunting beauty.
