Basecamp Amsterdam (formerly The Unbound) is a sustainable location in the middle of the greenery of the Tuinen van West, and about 20 minutes by bike or 15 minutes by car from the center of Amsterdam. We create a world of its own, a place to relax, focus and come together. Perfect for an effective brainstorming session or a day of connection. There are various sustainable meeting rooms made of natural materials, wellness facilities, a city beach, a spacious bar and a large garden to get lost in.

What is included in the price per person?

Basecamp makes sure that everything is taken care of, so that you can fully focus on your meeting, brainstorm or retreat. Most rooms are offered according to a price per person, which means that all items below are included.

  • Unlimited coffee, organic tea, water, and sparkling water
  • Minibar with various soft drinks
  • Fresh fruit, selection of nuts and sweets
  • Fast Wi-Fi and a flatscreen or projector with HDMI
  • A box with post-its, writing materials and a flipchart/whiteboard
  • If you book the space for a whole day, you will receive a lunch buffet with fresh salads, various sandwiches and soup

A special day out with overnight stay

Make it an extra special retreat, brainstorming session or brainstorming session and stay overnight in one of the sustainable Tiny Houses. There are various houses available for 2 to 6 people. All uniquely and sustainably furnished, and some with their own hot tub. In total, Basecamp Amsterdam has sleeping space for 130 guests, and for 74 guests if everyone wants to offer their own bed.
