Who are we?
Basecamp’s mission is to develop a global network of Tiny House Eco Resorts and Remote Work Hubs, to be a year-round destination for environmentally conscious tourists, digital nomads, and organizations who hire our facilities to organize inspirational meetings and events.
We started in 2019 with one location, Amsterdam Beach (in IJmuiden), and are on a mission to expand to 20 locations worldwide. The next locations are already in development (Tanzania, Sardinia, and Bali) and in the coming years, we will expand to Portugal, Scandinavia, and beyond.
At all our locations, we sell tiny houses to individual investors, who enjoy a triple return:
- a financial return: the rental profits offer a great source of monthly passive income

Are you ‘the one’?
You will work directly with the management team and will be responsible for the sales of tiny houses in all our future Basecamp locations.
We are looking for a (junior) sales professional with the skills to be on the floor doing sales as well as the ability to develop a sales strategy, manage & motivate a team, be data-driven, and monitor + improve results. Next to sales, you must also nurture relationships with your clients. You need to be client focused, have excellent communication skills, be flawless in writing and ideally, you are fluent in Dutch, English, and German.
