We kunnen je vertellen hoe geweldig Basecamp Tanzania is, en de foto’s zeggen meer dan duizend woorden. Maar de beste manier om te begrijpen waarom dit een paradijs is – voor vakantie en investering – is om er zelf heen te gaan en het te zien!
Voor een geselecteerde groep potentiële investeerders organiseren we een excursie om het resort te bekijken en het vakantiehuis van je keuze uit te zoeken.
We hebben nog slechts 11 huizen. Bij Basecamp IJmuiden waren alle huizen binnen een week uitverkocht. Dus als je serieus geïnteresseerd bent, wacht dan niet en meld je aan voor deze field trip.
De georganiseerde excursies naar Tanzania zijn momenteel niet meer beschikbaar. Voor degenen die serieus geïnteresseerd zijn in de investeringsmogelijkheden van Basecamp Tanzania, organiseren we graag een prive bezoek om het resort te bezichtigen en een van de luxe vakantiehuizen uit te kiezen.
WAT KAN JE VERWACHTEN?
Dit is jouw kans om Tanzania te bezoeken tijdens een georganiseerde excursie. Ons team gaat met je mee om je persoonlijk het resort en de hoogtepunten van Tanzania te laten zien.
Risico: je kunt verliefd worden op de plek, het weer, de vriendelijke cultuur en de majestueuze natuurlijke schoonheid. We bieden geen diensten aan om je familie te bellen dat je niet thuiskomt.
We bieden twee opties. Een korte trip (vijf dagen), of een verlengde trip (7 dagen).
PROGRAM SUMARY
A direct flight will bring us to Dar es Salaam Airport, from where we travel 1,5h by car to the new Basecamp Tanzania resort. Here we will spend two nights, to experience a full day on site. On the morning of the third day, we will go to Dar Es Salaam city, to experience the local liveliness, enjoy the great cuisine, and meet with our lawyers for a Q&A. After spending the night in a nice seaside city hotel, you have the option to travel back to Amsterdam (short field trip) or to join us for two more days (extended field trip). We strongly recommend the latter, as this will give you the opportunity to see what Tanzania is famous for: a private plane will take us in 1 hour to Mikumi National Park, where we will experience a true safari adventure.
You will be among the first happy few to explore the new resort and be able to hand-pick your holiday home. Let me summarize the trip:
- A tour over the new resort, where your future holiday house is located – sleeping there for 2 nights to feel at home directly.
- An exciting beach walk, learning about the turtle preservation program and enjoying a fresh and fragrant African BBQ, overlooking the Indian Ocean.
- A meeting with our local lawyers, to ask any questions you might have
- A guided city tour to discover the hot spots of buzzling Dar es Salaam, including a night’s stay to get to know and fall in love with this city as we did.
Optional: 2 extra days at Mikumi national park, experiencing a real safari, a night game drive, spotting the wildlife and hiking to a nearby waterfall.
For sure: good food, local wine, and great company.
