This winter, Flore, the Michelin-starred restaurant, is taking over The Vuurplaats for an exclusive 8-week pop-up. From February 5 to March 29, 2025, you can enjoy a unique culinary experience in the green heart of the Tuinen van West, just 25 minutes from the center of Amsterdam. In an intimate setting, with only 25 guests per evening, Bas van Kranen, together with his team, will introduce you to dishes that focus on local ingredients and sustainable practices.
