Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the promotional campaign “Basecamp Amsterdam Giveaway” organized by Basecamp Amsterdam B.V., located at Tom Schreursweg 40, KvK number 76637786 (hereinafter: “Basecamp Amsterdam”). The purpose of this campaign is to raise awareness among our followers and guests about the rebranding of ‘The Unbound’ to ‘Basecamp Amsterdam’ and the associated transition.
Campaign Structure
The entry form for the “Basecamp Amsterdam Giveaway” must be completed by 17:00 on December 13. Anyone who submits the entry form by this deadline will be entered into the giveaway. You can participate only once per person through the form. If it is discovered that someone has entered multiple times, Basecamp Amsterdam may cancel the prize awarded to that person. By submitting the form and participating in the campaign, you agree to the terms and conditions. Participants will have a chance to win an overnight stay, including breakfast and barrel sauna for 2 people in one of our selected cabins, located at the Basecamp Amsterdam resort, Tom Schreursweg 40, 1067 MC, Amsterdam.
Prize Content
- 1x overnight stay at Basecamp Amsterdam for 2 people
- 1x breakfast for 2 people
- 1 hour of Barrel Sauna for 2 people
Participation in the Campaign
- Participation is free of charge.
- You must submit the registration form on the campaign page to participate.
- One-time participation per person.
- Participants are required to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when entering the giveaway.
- Participants must subscribe to the newsletter to enter the giveaway.
- Participation is only open to individuals aged 18 or older.
- The campaign duration will always be stated in the campaign description. After this period, you will no longer be eligible for the listed prizes.
- Basecamp Amsterdam reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- Employees of Basecamp Amsterdam are excluded from participation.
Personal Data
- All participant data will be recorded. This data will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purposes in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- By accepting these terms, you consent to communication regarding the campaign.
- Personal data may be used internally to register participants for the Basecamp Amsterdam newsletter, if consent is provided.
- Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the campaign will be submitted to the competent court.
- Participants who do not meet the conditions above may be excluded from the campaign.
Winner Selection
- The winner will be chosen through an impartial lottery.
- After the campaign ends, the winner will be personally notified via the provided email address or phone number.
- If the winner does not respond within 30 days of the announcement, a new winner will be selected.
- We are not responsible if our email ends up in the spam folder, preventing the winner from responding within the 30-day period.
- Basecamp Amsterdam reserves the right to exclude participants if there is suspicion of fraudulent participation.
- No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
- Participants who did not win will not be notified.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for another product or a cash amount.
Stay
- The booking of the awarded overnight stay at Basecamp Amsterdam will be handled by the Basecamp Amsterdam team.
- The prize must be redeemed before April 30, 2025, for a stay before the end of 2025.
- The stay can only be booked from Sunday through Thursday. Stays from Friday to Saturday are excluded.
- The stay is subject to availability and is not valid on public holidays or during Dutch school holidays.
- If the stay is not redeemed by April 30, 2025, it will expire. The responsibility for this lies solely with the winner.
